Lisa Nelson is a seasoned executive and Board member with a passion and track record of strategic leadership, driving change, building culture and purpose driven initiatives within financial services. She brings global expertise in corporate strategy, post M&A integration, change management, governance and cultivating client partnerships to Boards and C-suite executives. Lisa co-founded KWT Advisory and serves as President offering market insights, strategy creation & execution, operating model development, social impact programs, mentoring and pricing strategy. Projects have spanned SME engagements with asset management and global consulting practices as well as Fintech advisory.

Prior to this, Lisa championed operational leadership roles in her 24 years at ICAP; holding a variety of C-suite roles and broad portfolio of responsibilities as the company was evolving including two Board positions, P&L management, business development, client partnerships and strategic planning. She restructured global business units and steered the business through numerous transformations and acquisitions. Transformations involved the migration to hybrid and electronic execution, data monetization, process improvement, operational efficiency and cost reduction. She managed the integration of numerous acquisitions across the US and Latin America. Throughout her career, Lisa supported the execution of strategic change management, governance and served as a driver of corporate ethics and culture.

Lisa has a strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and diversity both professionally and personally accelerating the convergence of profit and purpose. Spearheading CSR across ICAP Americas, she directed over $45 million in grants and embedded philanthropy into the company’s overall strategy and marketing mission. Having pioneered and chaired the Americas diversity committee and women’s leadership network; she continues to mentor female executives.
